Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, a deep understanding of Odoo ERP, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective solutions.
This position offers a mix of remote work and on-site presence.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet client needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and documentation.
- Stay abreast of Odoo updates and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience implementing Odoo solutions in a consulting environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Preferred
- Odoo certification(s) is a plus.
- Familiarity with other ERP systems and integrations.
